High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) Exercise System

Training type indicates the various modalities of exercise we design and implement that are specific to you and your goals. Training frequency is the recommended amount of trainings per week that will help you maximize your results. Training intensity creates an overload stimulus causing your body to work at a higher metabolic rate, further facilitating the changes aforementioned. Lastly, training time is the length of your workout, our workouts will optimize intensity along with rest periods to keep each training session within an hour. Our training philosophy will bring you the best results in the most optimal time possible, keeping you motivated to continue your lifestyle change.
BioShok
BioShok is an intense two week fat burning metabolic training system. The program includes a six days on, one day off, thirty eight minute daily workout session. This intense exercise program is coupled with a specific meal plan for each day. The second two weeks involves three days of training per week along with a maintenance meal plan.
The exercise program consists of traditional and non-traditional exercises designed to give you a full body, metabolic, fat-loss workout. All meals are calculated on caloric intake and metabolic output geared to help individuals lose 10 to 15 pounds in fifteen days. Results vary based on client compliance.
